The holidays can be a tough time, full of family stress and obligations. If you add an eating disorder into the mix, all the food-focused events can seem downright daunting.
That’s why Castlewood Eating Disorder Treatment Center is hosting a holiday intensive treatment program to help people struggling with eating disorders prepare for and cope with holiday stress.
The program, offered in St. Louis, California and Alabama, is 14 days long, and runs between November and January. It can be attended as a day or in-patient program. For more information, visit www.castlewoodtc.com.
